What each brand measures, what it advertises, and what its Google listing says, read from the brands’ own public pages. Three of the eight record analytics today.
Nothing is estimated. Open a row and every line carries its page and the exact text that proves it, from an open source scanner that reruns on a schedule.
What to audit first
Three things sit between these brands and a single view of where a job came from, and every one of them is visible from outside today.

Two brands have recorded nothing since 2023
Mercury Moving and Storage and Road Runner Moving and Storage still run Universal Analytics (UA-99605521-2; UA-27661525-1). Universal Analytics stopped collecting data on 1 July 2023, so these brands have no analytics history since.

Two brands carry no measurement at all
PBP Commercial and Pony Express Moving Services carry no analytics, tag manager or advertising tag on their public pages. Whatever those sites produce today is invisible to any dashboard.

The brand with the fullest setup is counted twice
All Chicagoland Moving and Storage fires two GA4 properties on the same pages (G-002VEPDGV8 and G-CZRQKFQ8MN). Sessions and conversions are split, so neither property can be the source of truth.

No brand tracks its calls, and the eight sites publish 15 different phone numbers. A moving job usually books on the phone, so that is where attribution stops first.
Ready counts six things one attribution view needs: a live analytics property, only one of them, a tag manager to deploy through, a conversion tag for paid media, call tracking on the phone number, and a Google listing the site links to. Together the eight score 11 out of 48.
What this becomes
- The board keeps itself current. A brand changes a tag, adds a number or moves a listing, and the next run says so.
- The same rows take the columns that need a login: Local Services Ads, call tracking, the CRM, and booked revenue against the source that produced it.
- Each brand keeps its own name, number and listing. One view over eight local identities is the hard part, and it is why this starts from the outside in.
